Due to the nature of our handmade products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
   
• Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery
   
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
   
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
